Ordering a Sportster Garage® Harley-Davidson® is very easy. We offer you two different options
Version 1: ONLINE
We often never get to meet our customers in person, as the entire ordering process is handled online or by email. The reason for this is usually the long distance - many customers come from overseas, for example from the USA or Dubai-or a busy schedule that makes it difficult to visit us in person.

Version 2: IN HOUSE
Ordering directly in our showroom in Bietigheim-Bissingen (near Stuttgart) is still the most popular and emotional way to purchase a Sportster Garage Harley-Davidson. Here, customers have the opportunity to obtain comprehensive advice on the various models, variants and equipment and to test the Sportster Garage® Harley-Davidson intensively.

PROCESS
Before the customer orders his personal Sportster Garage Harley-Davidson, he receives a non-binding offer from us, which lists all the relevant details and options that have been discussed together beforehand. This offer also contains a guaranteed fixed price..
As soon as the customer agrees with the offer, he sends us back the signed order confirmation by e-mail.
Upon receipt of the signed order confirmation, we will issue the customer with an invoice for the deposit (see payment modalities). The order will only be processed after receipt of the down payment and will be included in our production schedule on the same day.
PAYMENT
Our terms of payment are as follows: 50% deposit when ordering, the remaining 50% on completion or collection of the vehicle.
